All items offered in the etsy store and couture clothing shop are handmade by the deigner, Tragic Glamour, herself.
All Couture clothing orders are made in your specified measurements that you send along with your order.
Please allow 2-3 weeks after order is placed to receive your item(s) upon receipt of payment, as each item is made to order.
If garment does not fit, please email ctaglamcouture@gmail.com with the fitting issue's and we will do our best to accomaodate
you and fix the problem.
If the problem can not be fixed after the first alteration, you can recieve your money back as long as you send back the garment.
You have 30 days from the time you recieve your garment to make contact and receive alterations for free if you have an issue.
After 30 days, ALL sales are final. We currently take Paypal only for payment on couture clothing pieces and etsy.
Shipping: All U.S. shipping is standard flat-rate & is done through USPS. International shipping is done through UPS, and costs will vary. For orders over $100, all transactions are required a "confirmed" paypal shipping address. Paypal shipping addresses that are "unconfirmed" will have their order held for 72 hours and if shipping address is still "unconfirmed" for that paypal account, the order will be disregarded.
Wholesale Orders: Currently we do not offer wholesale in every item as all of our couture items are made to fit/order, however please contact us at ctaglamcouture@gmail.com with the items you're interested in buying wholesale and we will gladly do our best to work with you on producing an inventory for you. :)
